House is located on the beach road, 2048 N Virginia Dare Trail, at about the 6 mile post, just south of the Avalon pier. You can take E Avalon Dr from by-pass to beach road, turn right, and house is on the right. Park anyplace in front of house, including on the grass if needed, perpendicular to the street.
